Manitoba’s Run to Quit could save YOUR Life!

Wanting to QUIT , can be terribly tough ! Now there’s a new method called, Run –To- Quit! Thanks to partnership between  the Canadian Cancer Society and The Running Room , a  group exercise program has been developed to help smokers QUIT.

It does so , by learning to walk or run and is made for all fitness levels , using a step by step method. It’s even being studied for potential to prevent chronic disease. Participants even get a call from the National Quit Smoking Line and an expert QUIT coach will connect to support them.
