Talk about PRIDE. Here it is , in a very big way at Portage and Main. This is the Canada 150 Mural finally completed for the Tower at 201 Portage avenue. As you can see, it’s been draped in red and white to celebrate Canada 150. Scaffolding workers took several weeks to install this vinyl mural on the facing of the 32 story tower, for our country’s milestone anniversary. The mural is 5,000 sq. ft. , and spans over 14 of the 32 stories to serve as a stunning visual for Winnipeg’s most famous corner. Saturday , it will add extra pride for thousands coming to be part of the Living Maple Leaf Flag being created at Portage and Main.
