Yanny or Laurel?!?

Do you remember a couple years back when the internet was torn in half over whether the dress was “Gold and White” or “Blue and Black”.  Well a new thing has the internet divided and this time it is whether someone is saying “Yanny” or “Laurel”.  Which is weird, because those words sound nothing alike, but here we are.

This morning when I first listened to it on my phone I heard Yanny…and I listened to it at least a half a dozen times. But when I got to work and started putting this blog together I listened again, and now I only hear Laurel.
