Who doesn't like something FREE ?
When i travelled to CUBA and Mexico i rode local buses. One of the delightful aspects of doing so was being entertained by local singers,musicians and even poets who would step on and do their bit in hopes of a small donation.Here in WINNIPEG, over the lunch hour, riders who board the FREE Downtown Spirit Bus are getting similar treatment.The rides includes an assortment of local entertainment, prizes and downtown restaurant coupons.FOLKLORAMA performers will also share their culture along with various buskers.The specially marked " SPIRIT" buses run on routes 1 and 2 , from 11 in the morning til 330 in the afternoon....remember all rides are FREE! ..
