The Downtown Winnipeg BIZ is excited to unveil Winnipeg’s newest festival name and brand: ManyFest: All together downtown, which will see an anticipated 30,000-plus people celebrating on Broadway September 7 to 9.

Varying stretches of the north side of Broadway will be closed to vehicular traffic over the weekend, which will feature a wine festival, music, running race, dancing, lights and Ciclovia. The festival for all ages celebrates community, arts, entertainment and healthy living on the streets of downtown Winnipeg beneath Broadway’s beautiful lit canopy of elm trees.

Giant Movie in the Park
Friday, Sept. 7, starting at sun down, approx 8pm
Roll out your blanket in Memorial Park and watch a movie on a giant outdoor screen under the stars! Movie TBA!

Lights on Broadway
Saturday, Sept. 8, starting at sun down
Be part of making light on Broadway through a NEW lit processional from Memorial to Main and watch as Broadway lights up with various perfomances guiding its way. An Exciting part of this processional is the opportunity to decorate your bike with lights at one of our bike decorating locations! Read more.

Big Dance on Broadway
Saturday, Sept. 8, 4pm-11pm
It's a dance party like no other with two stages playing various genres of music. Bring your dancing shoes and go with the flow of the beat. you are guaranteed to have fun, feel great, and meet new people as you jive, bop, and hip-hop on Broadway. See our band line-up.

Ciclovia
Sunday, Sept. 9, 11am-6pm
Walk, jog or cycle all the way from Assiniboine Park to The Forks during this eco-friendly festival. Stop at Broadway to enjoy a farmers market, music, fitness demos, kids zone, bike zone and more! Click here to view Ciclovia's webpage.

Winnipeg 10+10 Race
Sunday, Sept. 9, 8am-11am
Lace on those runners and enjoy the scenic route of a 10 km or 10 mile
run that starts and ends in Memorial Park. See schedule. Stay tuned for the early bird registration deadline. Register here.

Broadway Farmers’ & Artisans’ Market
Saturday, 4pm-11pm & Sunday, 11am-6pm
Stroll among dozens of vendors, browse handmade jewellery, and pick up some fresh home-grown veggies.

MINIFEST Kids’ Zone
Saturday, starting at 4pm, Sunday, 11am-6pm
Bring out the whole family to enjoy bouncers, clowns, giant sand boxes, inflatable slides, crafts, buskers, activities, and much more on Memorial Blvd!

Taste of Downtown Winnipeg Wine & Cheese Festival
Friday, Noon-11pm; Saturday, Noon-11pm; Sunday, Noon-8pm
Sip cabernets and chardonnays during this wine and cheese event held in Memorial Park. Tasting tickets: $1.00 each. Free entrance. More information.
