It seems that Troy's Rib Recipe has generated a lot of interest. I have yet to try them, but we have gotten some positive feedback. Ribs seem like a lot of work to me, but if you're game give 'em a try. Score 250 QX Country Club Reward Points with the word "babyback" until April 20th. Enjoy

TROY WESTWOOD'S "MMMMMMMMM AIN'T THESE GOOD" RIBS

Howdy folks, thanks for your interest in these ribs...please give 'em a try and let me know what you think. All the best, thanks for listening.

Here the recipe/directions...

1. Please be sure to use either baby back ribs, or back ribs...never ever side ribs

2. Place parchment paper in sometime of deep large tray, if you only have a shallow cookie tray, that will do

3. Place ribs in tray

4. Put a bit of water into the tray...not real sure how much...typically I run the tap at a moderate rate and give a "one thousand one" count

5. Cover the ribs with as much pepper as you dare, and then cover with sea salt (its worth going out and picking up some sea salt for the added taste)

6. Cover with aluminium foil, place in oven at 350 degrees for three hours and fifteen minutes

7. This step optional, I like my ribs a little crispy on top...remove foil, place back in oven on broil for just a couple minutes...keep your eyes on them as best you can...you can make 'em pretty crispy doing this

8. Enjoy!!!!
