Perfect Barbequed Chicken
1. boneless chicken breast...as much as you wanna eat...
2. cut in half, width wise, making the breast thinner...
3. trim off all excess fat
4. get a good sized bowl, fill with a whole bunch of olive oil...let soak for about fifteen minutes...
5. turn on barbeque, very low setting...too low better than too high...keep lid open
6. place chicken on grill, when removing chicken from oil, be sure to let much of the oil drip off the chicken...
once chicken on grill, with brush apply some more olive oil...apply salt and pepper as you desire...
7. keep a close eye at first on the chicken, to make sure the flame/setting is very low...
8. when you flip the chicken, again brush on more olive oil and salt n' pepper...
9. keep a close eye on the chicken as it gets close to being cooked, remove when done.
