About the show
Alistair McLean doesn't prefer if you call him Al or Alistair and would love to live in the same Winnipeg area for his entire life.
I love Manitoba summer's sitting around campfires or on the edge of a dock with my feet touching any of the lakes throughout our province and getting good use out of my tent.
I've been a Winnipeg Blue Bomber season ticket holder for 10 years and have been to Regina to cheer against the Roughriders at the Labour Day Classic for the last 7 years.
The first CD I ever owned was "In Pieces" by Garth Brooks and vivedly remember learning the Boot Scooting Boogie while wearing skates before a Jets game at the Winnipeg arena.
My attention quickly and randomly changes and I've likely thought of everything in existance at least once.
I play shinnie, softball, spongee, curling and have never lost in Twister.
On weekends I can usually be found in either a silent auction line up or making a sandwich at a social although I hate the thick cheese cubes that always fall out.
At least once a day I figure out how long until the next Winnipeg Folk Festival.
