Wednesday , it’s 67 Cent Hamburgers Coast to Coast !
I received an E-mail from McDonald’s Canada about a big celebration this Wednesday. It’s their 50th Anniversary so they’ve planned to offer Canadians a special gift: 67 cent hamburgers- in recognition of its’ 1967 birthday!
The history of Mcdonald’s in Canada began in Richmond British Columbia , on Canada’s 100th anniversary and since then has grown to over 1400 stores across the country. It’s a big company for a BIG country , employing almost 90,000. Of the almost Billion dollars the company spends on food , more than 85% is Canadian supplied. That’s a major boost to our economy! So here’s a salute to the Golden Arches, about to share their pride with Canada!
This Wednesday’s specially priced event , runs from 11am to 7pm at all Manitoba stores. Customers will be limited to 3 per customer and in-restaurant only, while supplies last. Happy Birthday Mickey-D!
