Let’s give a gift to the Environment this Christmas !

CHRISTMAS is close and before you know it, it’s over! That’s when the city asks us to Gift the environment by remembering the 3- R’s. Reduce –Reuse and Recycle. Keep more out of the landfill this season by checking the Naughty and Nice list!
NAUGHTY ,  means NOT to place these items in recycling: Ribbon and Wrapping Paper; Foam Packaging; Gift Bags; Plastic Bags; Lights/ strands.
NICE , means these items SHOULD be recycled; Cardboard gift boxes; Greeting Cards; Rigid plastic packaging.
Electronics and drained batteries can be taken to the 4R depots.
CHRISTMAS Trees may be dropped off at Chip in depots starting December 27th. Remove all decorations –tree stands and plastic tree bags. FREE wood chips for your yard will be available as a result.
