The Internet famous 11-yr-old Yodeling Kid is now a signed recording artist with his first single…Famous…would you add it?
Mason Ramsey (known in his hometown as “Little Hank” and on Youtube as “the Yodeling kid” or the “Yodeling Boy”) is still a couple years away from his teens but millions already know him thanks to the Internet. He’s a Youtube star known, mostly, for his yodeling prowess…but he caught the ear of music biz execs and has inked a joint deal with Atlantic Records and Big Loud! At just 11 years young, Mason Ramsey is a bonafide recording artist with making his major label debut with (appropriately enough) “Famous“. The song was penned By FGL‘s Tyler Hubbard, Canaan Smith, Corey Crowder and Sarah Buxton and produced by Joey Moi and Corey Crowder. It’s got some big names behind it, a lot of adorable…and some impressive numbers (it’s the #1 streaming country song on Spotify GLOBALLY)… but is it a song that you will add to your own personal playlist(s)? Listen for it just after 2pm on QX104 and let us know…
What does Mason have to say about all of this?, “I’d been to Nashville a few times before, but never thought something like this would happen. It’s a dream to sign with Atlantic and Big Loud. I loved recording ‘Famous’ and can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”
