News about Coffee today caused me to smile. I like a cup or two every day and apparently it’s helping me live longer. This from a British study using half a million “Brits”, coffee drinkers. After a ten year follow-up, there was a slightly lower risk of death than the non-drinkers. Another study on the subject with the University of Southampton discovered that those who drank three or four cups every day could significantly reduce their chances of early death. Great news as long as you drink it BLACK! Bad news for me since I add Cream and Sugar which apparently negates the benefits!
