You know him best as the controversially casual dude in the Trivago commercials on TV but Tim Williams (aka The Trivago Guy) wants to share his passion for music with the world in his next chapter. Returning to his Texas roots and telling his story, Williams says, is the inspiration behind his debut album Magnolia City. “The single, ‘Magnolia City,’ and album are about my longing for Houston, my family and the sixteen years I’ve spent living in Berlin,” says Williams, a Texas native turned expat, adding that “Magnolia City” was once Houston’s well-known nickname. “It’s about missing Houston, missing my friends.”
