With the excitement building over the forth-coming movie starring Tom Hanks as Mr. Fred Rogers…I wanted to share, not only this great tribute video created by Drunk History (and featuring Tom Hanks’ son Colin playing him playing Fred 🙂 ) for the occasion the 51st anniversary of Mr. Rogers’ Neighbourhood …but also the video of Fred Rogers actually delivering his testimony, to the Senate sub-committee on communications in 1969, that saved Public Broadcasting. Please enjoy both…the first is great and amusing…the second is just plain greatness. I can’t wait for the movie!!!
