Kindness can change a community……try it and see what happens.

The Provincial Government has dedicated this as Kindness Week and today is Kindness Day!  In Winnipeg you may have seen volunteers from the United Way handing out goodies to commuters as part of the day of Conscious Kindness. Drivers were handed free coffee and snacks and asked to pay it forward through random acts of kindness. Today, kindness brigades from the United Way will be out and about, paying it forward down town.

The province recognizes kindness and compassion as strong and essential parts for a strong and healthy community, celebrating its transformative effect. It’s  up  to all of us  to make a difference…here’s what happened  several years ago.
